Western Corner

This Residential Building has a staggered layout that creates privacy while forming a visually dynamic façade with shadow play with maximized cross-ventilation and light via projecting floor plates and deep balconies. Unlike conventional residential towers that concentrate amenities either on the rooftop or podium level, this design strategically positions them midway up the structure, allowing for equal accessibility and visual prominence. This intervention divides the building into three experiential zones: social, private, and luxury- offering a vertical community feel.
